The Head of Business Performance will play a central role in shaping executive governance, operational cadence and driving company-wide performance at Form3, a fully remote organization with a head office in London.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in business performance management, strategic planning, consulting, or similar.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing company-wide performance management frameworks, particularly OKR- and KPI-led environments, in complex or scaling organizations.
- Experience establishing and running executive operating cadence, including E-Team forums, performance reviews, board reporting cycles and cross-functional alignment rhythms.
- Strong analytical capability with advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms, planning tools).
- Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership teams and board-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional project and programme management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver outcomes in fast-paced environments.
