Director, Business Development

We are seeking a Director of Business Development to develop and implement strategies for growing our Pre-Formulation, Formulation Development, and Clinical/Commercial Product Manufacturing services through new and existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, excellent client management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Execute business development initiatives consistent with the company's overall strategy
• Research and prospect clients for pre-formulation through late-stage clinical oral solids manufacturing facility
• Assess needs of prospective clients and alignment with Forma's capabilities and growth opportunities
• Communicate Forma's strengths and capabilities to prospective and current clients
• Generate proposals, contracts, and service agreements in partnership with proposal, R&D, and operations teams
