Job Description
Formal is seeking highly motivated Account Executives to drive sales of their data security platform, which protects organizations from data breaches and enhances data control. The role involves lead generation, closing deals with key customers, and contributing to the company's go-to-market strategy. It offers opportunities to refine the sales process and develop new features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales role at an early stage startup (seed to series B)
- Ability to understand complex technical ecosystems and build relationships with technical customers
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex sales cycles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
