Job Description
Formal is a data security platform company helping teams manage their data on autopilot. They are seeking a Channel Account Specialist to build and manage relationships with channel partners in the data security industry, focusing on driving revenue growth and establishing Formal as a leader. The role involves strategic planning, partner recruitment, relationship management, sales enablement, and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales or partner management
- Experience in the data security or technology industry
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing a high-performing channel partner network
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Understanding of technical concepts related to data security
