Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software/data engineering and technical leadership
- Background in the Boston biotech or pharma-tech ecosystem
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of 15+ engineers
- Deep understanding of the drug development lifecycle, from Discovery through Phase III
- Regulatory experience working within GxP (GCP, GLP, GMP) environments
