Job Description
The Structural Trades II position is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving College facilities; providing support for college events and activities; and ensuring a safe and functional campus. The position requires four years of relevant experience in structural trades or a combination of related education and experience.
Requirements
- Four (4) years of relevant experience in structural trades related to the work assigned to this position
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer skills for timesheet entry, online training courses, work orders, emails and SDS sheets
- Reading, writing and oral comprehension
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel and crouch for extended periods of time
- Ability to tolerate noise, vibration and work in inclement weather
