Payroll Supervisor

FORTÉ is a 100% employee-owned company with 50+ years of experience. The Payroll Supervisor reports directly to the Payroll Manager and oversees the daily operations of the payroll department, providing leadership and guidance to a team of three payroll staff members.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including multi‐state payroll.
• 1–3+ years of supervisory or lead experience managing payroll or finance staff.
• Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations, wage and hour laws, and compliance requirements.
