Job Description
Forterra is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Technician to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical depth across Linux, Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365, and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years in an IT Service Desk or technical support role
- Proficiency with Linux administration and debugging
- Experience with one or more service management platforms
- Strong scripting or automation experience
