Job Description
Insurcomm Restoration is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead restoration rebuild projects from inspection through completion, managing budgets, schedules, and teams, and building strong relationships with clients and insurance partners.
Requirements
- Inspect losses and create accurate scopes in Xactimate
- Document projects using Docusketch for insurance-related records
- Negotiate with insurance companies and close sales
- Manage projects from contract through completion with clear scope, timelines, and expectations
- Develop detailed schedules and coordinate production teams
- Recruit, retain, and manage a reliable subcontractor network
- Oversee material selections, permitting, and code compliance
- Manage budgets to ensure project profitability
- Complete change orders, supplementals, and project close-outs
- Navigate TPA and program requirements
- Mentor and develop production staff
