Emergency Response Coordinator

Emergency Response Coordinator role at Insurcomm Restoration, responding to emergency leads, providing support to property owners, and building relationships with insurance agents and first responders. Must be calm in high-pressure situations, self-motivated, and comfortable with on-call work.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in restoration or property services, military, fire service, EMS, law enforcement, or emergency dispatching, sales and customer service in a field or high-contact environment, or insurance or property management
• High school diploma required; associate's degree or related certification a plus
• IICRC certifications and Insurcomm training programs required
