Emergency Response Coordinator

As an Emergency Response Coordinator at Insurcomm, you will respond to emergency calls, provide immediate support, and close signed agreements at point of contact. This is a field-based role that requires on-call 24/7 availability and a calm presence in high-pressure situations.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in restoration or property services, military, fire service, EMS, law enforcement, or emergency dispatching
• High school diploma required; associate's degree or related certification a plus
• Ability to work a schedule that shifts around real emergencies
• Self-motivation, organizational skills, and a calm presence in high-pressure situations
