Emergency Response Coordinator

Insurcomm Restoration is seeking an Emergency Response Coordinator to respond to emergency calls and provide support to property owners impacted by damage. The role involves explaining Insurcomm services, closing agreements, and coordinating with internal crews to ensure a smooth handoff from emergency response to restoration.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in restoration, property services, military, fire service, EMS, law enforcement, or sales and customer service
• High school diploma required; associate's degree or related certification a plus
• IICRC certifications and Insurcomm training programs
• Ability to stay calm in chaotic situations, build trust with property owners, and close agreements
• Self-motivation, organization, and ability to manage multiple leads and handoffs
