As a Lead Mitigation Technician, you will lead emergency restoration projects for families and businesses affected by fire, water, mold, sewer, and storm damage. You will supervise mitigation crews, respond to emergency calls, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and in accordance with company and IICRC standards.
Requirements
- IICRC WRT certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Prior experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction
- Demonstrated ability to lead a crew and manage job site workflow
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying environments
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong social awareness and customer service mindset
- Acceptable driving record
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to navigate Microsoft Teams and complete onsite documentation using a smartphone and industry software (Proven Jobs, Encircle, Docusketch)
