Deal Desk Manager position at Fortinet, responsible for executing complex enterprise transactions, partnering with Sales and internal stakeholders, and driving accountability across the full deal lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience supporting global organizations, including operating within, or leading a Deal Desk function and managing complex contractual negotiations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise hardware and software selling models, including subscription, SaaS, term, perpetual, consumption, and on-demand structures.
- Solid knowledge of revenue recognition principles and their impact on deal design and execution.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems to manage deal workflows and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Highly detail-oriented, responsive, and committed to operational excellence.
- Demonstrated composure, professionalism, and sound judgment in high-stakes situations.
