Electrician

Fortinet is seeking an electrician to join their facility team in Sunnyvale, CA. This computer lab and data center environment has medium voltage power distribution and is undergoing continuous expansion and infrastructure updates. The role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining campus infrastructure, including electrical systems, cabling, and power distribution panels.

Requirements

• Completion of a four-year apprenticeship program, including electrical systems, drafting, circuit construction, 3 phase induction, motor control, relay and pneumatic control, and National Electrical Building Code.
• Valid CA Driver’s License
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and constantly moving on your feet.
• Ability to climb and stand on all types of ladders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
