Forensic Analyst

Fortinet is seeking a detail-oriented Forensic Analyst to join their Forensics team in Vancouver, BC, Canada. The role involves conducting digital forensics investigations, malware analysis, and threat intelligence research to support internal and external teams. The ideal candidate will be able to correlate data, identify attack vectors, and communicate findings effectively.

Requirements

• Conduct in-depth forensics analysis on compromised operating systems (Windows/Linux/MacOS).
• Correlate data from network logs and disk logs to develop threat intelligence.
• Identify attack vectors and other affected systems.
• Reverse engineer malicious binaries.
• Work closely with InfoSec/PSIRT teams to contain and remediate incidents.
