Forensic Analyst

Fortinet is seeking a detail-oriented Forensic Analyst for their Forensics team in Vancouver, BC. The role involves conducting digital forensics investigations, malware analysis, and threat intelligence research to support internal and external teams. This involves in-depth analysis of compromised systems and communicating findings.

Requirements

• Conduct in-depth forensics analysis on Windows/Linux/MacOS operating systems
• Correlate data from network logs and disk logs
• Identify attack vectors and other affected systems
• Reverse engineer malicious binaries
• Work closely with InfoSec/PSIRT teams to contain and remediate incidents
• Communicate forensic findings (written and verbal)
