The Renewals Representative will support all operational functions of the full Renewal Sales cycle, interfacing with customers and partners to book meetings, cross-sell and upsell products, and manage renewal workflows.
Requirements
- Intermediate level of expertise using Salesforce
- MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint skills
- Effective communication skills
- High attention to detail, analytical and comfortable in a numeric/data driven environment
- Customer service forward, self-starter, fast learner & team player
