Staff Software QA Engineer

Fortinet is seeking a Staff Software Dev QA Engineer to join their team. The role involves reviewing requirements, creating test plans, designing test cases, and developing automated scripts to evaluate devices, protocols, interfaces, and applications. Responsibilities include manual and automated testing, root cause analysis, and collaboration with developers and QA team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with automation
• Strong understanding of test processes and methodologies
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking, Switching, and routing
• Experience in L2/L3 features (LACP, STP, RIP, OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, LLDP, 802.1X, VxLAN) and Linux/Unix systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong learning ability and adaptability
