The role involves a point of contact for the dedicated account, managing customer environments, and contributing to product release development. Requirements
- At least 6-10 years’ experience in technical support in a networking/security company.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
- Experience with Firewalls, IPSec VPN, Authentication, and UTM technologies.
- Administrator level Windows, Linux, or Unix skills (advantage).
- Understanding of Web application concepts and security vulnerabilities.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- CCNA, CCNP, CCIE and/or CISSP certifications (preferred).
- Experience in system integration and multi-vendor environments.
- Experience in programming/scripting.
- Experience in data center deployment.
- Experience in wireless access point.
- Experience in SQL database.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (if applicable).
