Fortinet is expanding its EMEA technical support team and seeking strong technical support engineers. This role involves providing direct technical support via phone and ticketing, troubleshooting customers and partners, and analyzing solutions. The position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in web application firewall and load balancing. It is a remote position with a hybrid model.
