Technical Support Specialist

Fortinet is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join their Atlanta, GA office. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to FortiAnalyzer and FortiManager customers, troubleshooting issues, and recommending solutions. Candidates should be passionate about network security and offer a strong technical background in networking and security solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in a technical support role in a networking/security company
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, L2/L3 switches
• Experience with security products (firewalls, VPN gateways)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
