Technical Support Specialist

Fortinet is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join their Atlanta, GA team to troubleshoot their Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) product. The role involves troubleshooting, configuration, customer education, and communication, while also providing technical solutions to resolve customer issues. Fortinet aims to safeguard people, devices, and data through cybersecurity innovation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support or system administration role in networking/security.
• Deep understanding of OSI model, routing and switching in L2/L3.
• Strong understanding of BGP, IPsec/ADVPN, SDWAN.
• Strong Understanding of Authentication protocols - LDAP, SAML, RADIUS, OAuth.
• Previous call center experience supporting data networking or security products is desirable.
