Job Description
Fortis Games is seeking a Lead Technical Artist to shape the technical foundations of their art pipelines across multiple projects. The role involves designing, implementing, and mentoring senior ICs, scaling workflows, and optimizing performance on mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will excel at collaboration, communication, and bringing innovative artistic and technical solutions to bear.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Technical Artist in game development
- Expertise in Unity and DCC tools (Blender, Substance, Maya, Photoshop)
- Proven track record of building and scaling cross-functional pipelines
- Strong programming skills in C# and Python
- Mastery of mobile performance optimization and URP
- Demonstrated success in mentoring and guiding Sr. ICs
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
