Requirements
- Strong experience in motion design, animation, or performance creative roles, ideally within gaming, mobile, or entertainment environments.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop; experience with 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and experience creating assets for user acquisition or paid media campaigns.
- Ability to translate creative strategy and insights into engaging, high-performing video content.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows, with curiosity to continue evolving in this space.
- Strong storytelling, composition, and pacing skills, particularly in short-form video formats.
