Senior Manager, Game Design - Twilight Towers (Soft Launch)

Fortis Games is seeking a Senior Manager, Game Design to lead the evolution of their new title, Twilight Towers, into global release. This role involves shaping the game's design and development, collaborating with the Game Director, and ensuring a strong balance of creativity, analysis, and business performance. The position requires a leader who can translate high-level goals into concrete design plans and mentor designers.

Requirements

• Strong design sensibilities across a range of domains.
• Fluency in systems, content, and experiential design.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles, metagame systems, game economies, and player psychology.
• Holistic view of the product and business, problem-solving with specific system designs.
• Clear communication and vision setting.
• Proven experience in games as a service and live operations.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Extensive experience with merge or tower defense genres (preferred).
