AVP, Financial Operations

The AVP, Financial Operations will play a key role in directing and coordinating enterprise-wide financial processes to promote consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence across all regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred
• Six (6)+ years of professional experience in insurance or financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of (re)insurance or other financial markets
• Knowledge of audit processes and regulatory compliance
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, detailed oriented with outstanding organizational and planning abilities
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth organization preferred
