AVP, Financial Operations

Fortitude Reinsurance Company Ltd. is seeking an AVP, Financial Operations to direct and coordinate enterprise-wide financial processes, promote consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence across all regions. The role will require strong collaboration with the Data & Analytics team and other Finance functions to ensure well-integrated, effective, and data-driven financial operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred
• Six (6)+ years of professional experience in insurance or financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of (re)insurance or other financial markets
• Knowledge of audit processes and regulatory compliance
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, detailed oriented with outstanding organizational and planning abilities
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth organization preferred
• Strong collaborator with a proven ability to build relationships and trust amongst team members
• Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other office applications
