Senior Associate, Investment Accounting

Fortitude Reinsurance Company Ltd. is seeking a Senior Associate of Investment Accounting to compile monthly and quarterly investment data, analyze net investment income, and support regulatory filings and ad hoc requests. The role involves working with investment accounting platforms, reconciliations, and internal control procedures.

Requirements

• Support the accounting close process
• Perform detailed analytical review of investment income
• Support quarterly and annual statutory and GAAP investment disclosures
• Assist in implementation and onboarding of new investment portfolios
• Support regulatory filings and ad hoc requests
• Monitor, research, and resolve issues related to investment suspense account balances
• Ensure compliance with SOX and internal control frameworks
• Lead the private equity operations process
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the investment close cycle
