Fortitude Reinsurance Company Ltd. is seeking a Senior Associate, People Technology to serve as a key member of their People Operations team, responsible for the administration, configuration, integration development and optimization of the organization’s People Technology ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Information Systems, or other related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS, People Technology, or HR Operations with hands-on configuration experience
- Demonstrated experience administering and configuring Workday, including building integrations
- Demonstrated experience designing, building and supporting Workday integrations
- Strong understanding of data mapping, file transfer protocols (SFTP), and API-based integrations
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and integration specifications
- Workday certification preferred
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS
- Experience supporting HR service delivery tools or conversational AI platforms
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional system solutions
- Experience leading functional-level system projects or enhancements
- Working knowledge of data governance, system security frameworks, and compliance principles
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
