Requirements

• Welcome customers, vendors, and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
• Manage visitor registration, issue badges, and ensure compliance with building access and security guidelines
• Handle incoming calls via the central switchboard and direct them appropriately
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and packages
• Manage office supplies and support general office needs in line with company policies
• Support essential administrative activities
