Front Office Specialist

We're looking for a Front Office Specialist to connect patient experience and operations as we grow. The role requires taking ownership of client issues, coordinating orders, and finding solutions. The ideal candidate has an HBO background or 0-3 years of relevant work experience and thrives in a scale-up environment.

• Likes working with people but also takes ownership of the process and maintains oversight
• Switches quickly, analyzes what's happening, and takes charge in finding solutions
• Takes responsibility for client experience and shows initiative when things can be improved
• Feels at home in a scale-up environment where processes are constantly in motion
• Has an HBO background or 0-3 years of relevant work experience (e.g., in hospitality or facilities)
