Front Office Medewerker

The Front Office Employee is the first point of contact for guests of Hotel Arena and takes care of a welcoming, professional and smooth guest experience during their stay. The hotel has 141 renovated rooms, a restaurant with 130 seats and a large terrace, five creative meeting and event studios, the Salon and the iconic Chapel. Hotel Arena positions itself as a cultural meeting place where hospitality, art, design and events come together.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in the reception of a hotel
• Stress-resistant, energetic, and welcoming
• Eye for detail and service
• Flexible availability, also on weekends
• Good command of Dutch and English, additional languages are a plus
• Experience with MEWS is a plus
• Completed hotel school or administrative education is a plus
• Living in Amsterdam or its surroundings
