Front Office Medewerker

We are looking for a Front Office Employee to provide exceptional service to our guests and work in a 5-star hotel in Amsterdam. As a Front Office Employee, you will be the business card of our hotel and the connecting link between the different departments. You will provide a warm and personalized welcome, guide guests during their stay, and create unique experiences for them.

Requirements

• Completed education in the direction of Hospitality, Hotel Management, Travel, or comparable
• Experience as a receptionist
• Experience in a higher segment hotel is a plus
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English, multiple languages are definitely a plus

Benefits

• Salary between € 2402.58 and € 2600 (gross based on 38 hours, depending on knowledge and experience)
