Behavioral Health Manager

The Behavioral Health Manager serves as a practice leader and staff coach, strengthening Atlas HOPE staff's engagement with participants, their response to crises, and their application of evidence-informed behavioral strategies in real-world settings.

Requirements

• LCSW or LMSW or equivalent behavioral health credential strongly preferred
• MSW, MHC, LMHC-LP, CASAC, or related degree with 2+ years supporting justice-involved or high-risk populations required
• LMFT or MFT-LP based on professional experience
• Experience coaching or training frontline staff and program participants strongly preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required
• Experience in community-based, non-clinical, or workforce settings is valued
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as the program requires
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel;
• Valid Driver’s License required;
• Experience working in the South Bronx or similar communities is a plus
• Commitment to working with culturally diverse populations; relevant lived experience is valued
