Job Description
Forum Berufsbildung is seeking a Customer Advisor to provide qualification and further education consultation in a temporary and full-time capacity. The role involves customer interaction, administrative tasks, and implementation of customer bonds. Requirements
- Completed degree in a commercial training or academic course or students with trainee programs
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Responsibility and ability to work independently and systematically
- Enjoyment of working with people and a love for customer-oriented solutions
- Good German skills (at least C1)
