Brand Manager (East) - Calico AI

We are looking for a Brand Manager to partner with creative and ambitious apparel brands, helping them integrate our AI-powered sourcing technology into their product creation process. The role requires strong relationship management, product creation expertise, and operational leadership skills.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in product design, materials sourcing, factory or production planning, product merchandising, apparel or footwear sourcing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end product creation process from concept to commercialization.
• Customer-first mindset, warmth, people skills, can-do attitude, and a problem-solving mindset.
• High initiative and independence, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical fluency with digital tools used in product creation and sourcing, curiosity, and comfort with AI-driven workflows.
