
Job description
Assist the TCS Director to document and follow actions to improve Division/Plants Customer Scorecards. Be systematically trained with full spectrum of engineering and manufacturing of automotive seats.
Review Systematically the customer score cards (OEMs and T1,T2). Prepare summary of each scorecard considering customer KPIs. Breaking down Division/Plant most offenders’ plants. (Paretos of Paretos) For each plant, prepare systemic actions for continuous improvement. Report out weekly status and performance.
Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus. Efficient data analysis and computer skills are must. Efficient communication and documents organization skills are must. Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Forvia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management.
