Continuous Improvement Intern

Role Overview

The Continuous Improvement Intern will support the Plant Improvement Plan (PIP) execution, provide FES knowledge and skills to the plant team, and contribute to the Plant MOD cost budget construction & achievement.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities include following up with plant on FES deployment plan, providing FES knowledge and skills to the plant team, contributing to the Plant MOD cost budget construction & achievement, and ensuring efficient data management methodology.

The ideal candidate will have/be: minimum education level of a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, minimum 2.8 GPA, experience in an industrial environment, proficient level in English, and knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering
• Minimum 2.8 GPA
• Experience in an industrial environment (ideally in the automotive industry)
• Proficient level in English
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
