Job Description
Forward Financing is a financial technology company seeking an Applied AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered systems. This role involves translating business problems into technical implementations, managing backend services, and integrating AI into complex technology stacks. The role requires a skilled individual with deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of AI ecosystems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Strong programming skills (Python preferred; experience with Ruby or Go is a plus)
- Proven ability to design and develop scalable backend systems
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
- Strong knowledge of AI ecosystem components
- Practical expertise in integrating third-party AI services
- Effective problem solver with a test-and-learn mindset
