Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a driven and persuasive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own one of the most important parts of our revenue funnel: prospecting previously approved customers who did not move forward, and converting partially completed financing applications into full submissions.

Requirements

• 1+ years in a sales, lead generation, or customer engagement role (high-volume environment a plus)
• Relentless follow-up game
• Great phone presence, fast typing, strong written communication
• Comfortable using tools like Dialpad, Salesforce, and Tableau
• Metric-driven mindset
• Able to juggle multiple conversations, stay organized, and follow internal processes and guidelines
