Entry Level, Safety Compliance Coordinator - Logs

The Safety Compliance Coordinator - Logs is responsible for driver electronic and paper log oversight in accordance with FMCSA regulations and company policy. The role involves assisting drivers with HOS-ELD issues, auditing HOS reports, and communicating DOT regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, familiarity with standard DOT compliance concepts, and experience with transportation safety coordination.

Requirements

• Graduation from high school or GED equivalent
• Computer skills: Excel, Word, Internet, AS400 and web-based systems
• Requires strong interpersonal & communication skills, compliance, implementation, and auditing tasks
• Must be familiar with standard DOT or Agency Compliance concepts, practices, and procedures
• Excellent writing & proof-reading skills as well as superior verbal & organizational skills
• Goal oriented, self-managing with time & project consideration
