Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations across their terminal or warehouse facility. They perform minor repairs, conduct routine and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and oversee the performance of both in‐house and vendor-supported systems.

Requirements

• Maintain safety compliance across all assigned areas and proactively identify and resolve potential hazards.
• Perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on facility systems and structures.
• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical infrastructure.
• Maintain and repair dock doors, roll‐up doors, guard rails, bollards, dock plates, and other freight-handling equipment.
• Obtain quotations, manage vendor contracts, and ensure vendors meet established service-level expectations.
• Maintain relationships with third‐party providers, including propane suppliers, fire‐panel services, access control systems, landscaping/irrigation, janitorial, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC professionals.
