Risk and Insurance Analyst

The Risk and Insurance Analyst supports the company’s enterprise risk management strategy by evaluating, transferring, and mitigating risk across the organization. They gather and analyze complex data to inform underwriting submissions, renewal strategies, and insurance program decisions.

Requirements

• Support the administration and procurement of commercial insurance programs
• Maintain comprehensive insurance policy records, endorsements, and exposure data
• Manage certificate of insurance (COI) requests
• Review customer contracts, vendor contracts, and lease agreements
• Maintain and update the property statement of values
• Administer shippers’ interest programs
• Develop dashboards, loss runs, and management reports
• Collaborate with brokers, carriers, and internal departments
• Assist in analyzing claims data
• Participate in internal process improvements
• Support annual policy renewal activities
• Provide risk‐related insights to operations, safety, finance, and other internal teams
