Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for overseeing daily inventory control operations, supervising inventory team members, and ensuring accuracy, organization, and efficiency. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and maintain best practices in inventory management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations
• Proven experience with cycle counting, reconciliations, and variance resolution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong understanding of inventory processes, metrics, and reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to train, coach, and lead team members effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be flexible with scheduling and available to work overtime as business needs dictate
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
