Job Description
We are looking for an Admissions Coordinator for Acacia Health Center at Sagewood to support the admissions process, maintain open communication with referral sources, and ensure successful admissions into the health center.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Medicare Part A and certification procedures.
- Experience in a long-term care setting desired.
- Interpersonal skills, works well with multiple other teams and departments.
- High school/GED graduate.
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication required with ability to write business email correspondence.
