Admissions Coordinator

We are looking for an Admissions Coordinator for Acacia Health Center at Sagewood! The role will provide support to the admissions process, maintain open communication, and ensure successful admissions into the health center. The position will also provide primary weekend coverage for the admissions team.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Medicare Part A and certification procedures
• Experience in a long-term care setting desired
• High school/GED graduate
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication required with ability to write business email correspondence
