Rose Senior Living Farmington Hills is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Baker / Cook to join our team! This position is responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods and desserts, while also supporting full-scope, hands-on production cooking within the Community Culinary Services Department.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Culinary or baking/pastry training preferred
• Minimum of one year of baking, pastry, or cooking experience (restaurant, senior living, or equivalent)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to support both pastry and line cooking operations
