Baker

We are recruiting for a hospitality-focused Baker / Cook to join our team at Rose Senior Living Farmington Hills. This position includes preparing high-quality baked goods and desserts, supporting full-scope production cooking, and maintaining a superior level of quality service and cleanliness at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Culinary or baking/pastry training preferred
• Minimum of one year of baking, pastry, or cooking experience (restaurant, senior living, or equivalent)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to support both pastry and line cooking operations
