Job Description
As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, create engaging experiences to enrich the daily lives of older adults in Assisted Living community. Design programs for physical wellness, mental stimulation, and social connection, connect personally with residents, and lead activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in activity coordination or senior engagement programs
- Experience working with seniors in assisted living or long-term care settings
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects professionally
